What is your return policy?

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Tags must be attached to be eligible for return
  • Free return and exchange shipping - some restrictions apply
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • No restocking fee's
  • No final sale items

Returning or exchanging an item? Let's get going!

We hope you love your KTCHN purchase, but if you aren't 100% satisfied, we are happy to return your order for an exchange, store credit, or refund, if applicable.

The following steps apply to items purchased online only. For information on returning items purchased from a store, please reach out to customer service at info@shopktchn.com and we will help!

Step 1 - Have Your Order Number And Email Address Handy!

Go to "My Account" and continue to your Order History to initiate the return. Enter the order number and email address linked to your online order.

Complete the prompts online for return/exchange reason, outcome (exchange or refund) and if you would like your refund to be posted back to your original form of payment or a store credit.

Step 2 - Let's Process That Return Label!

Download and print your FREE pre-paid return label from the confirmation page within the portal. You will receive a return initiated email to confirm your return has been initiated. 

Step 3 - Ready To Ship Your Return Or Exchange!

Place new and unused items in the original package. Affix the pre-paid label to the original package, or like package. Please do not combine separate orders into one package and in contrast, do not separate a return for one order into multiple boxes. This can cause delays of up to 14 business days.

Step 4 - Drop Off Your Package

Drop off your package at a nearby USPS location, or UPS location. KTCHN is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery, or a tracking number if you are shipping the return back at your cost. Keep your tracking number handy so you can track when your return is received. Our return window is 30 days from delivery.

Step 5 - KTCHN Receives Your Return - What's Next?

Once we have received your return, you will receive an email notification. We will then inspect your return to ensure the tags are still attached and it meets our return guidelines (see above for reference). You will then receive either an approval or rejection email based on our inspection.

We will continue with your request for either an exchange or a refund if you receive an approval, and we will send back your item(s) if you receive a rejection.

Please note, you will be refunded via your original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. Credit card refunds vary dependent on the financial institution.

Step 6 - J/K - No Step 6 - You're All Set!
